# Meet Our Youth Volunteers
The SparkCreatives Youth Volunteer Network is 150+ strong and growing. These young leaders dedicate their time to sorting donations, organizing materials, and leading environmental education programs.
## What They Do
Our volunteers meet weekly to:
- **Sort donated materials** for Spark Boxes
- **Create eco-kits** for community education
- **Lead sustainability workshops** in local schools
- **Organize community clean-up events**
## The Numbers
- **12,000 lbs** of material diverted from landfills
- **50+ community events** organized
- **300+ volunteer hours** logged monthly
## Spotlight: Environmental Leadership
Led by Lucas Lamban, our Environmental Research Lead, the youth network has pioneered community garden projects and eco-education curriculum used in Jacksonville schools.
